Nourish

 

I am passionate about eating a whole food plant based diet.  It is what makes me feel healthy and supports my well being.  I didn’t come to this way of eating overnight, however.  It has taken a few years to fully embrace it as I added more vegetables, experimented with recipes, and slowly replaced meat and dairy with more plants and grains.  I have many ideas about how to add more plants to meals and I would love to share them.
