In 2011 I began blogging at milliejackson.wordpress.com. That site outlines my journey from an out of shape 50 year old to a triathlete and yoga teacher. This site will feature more focused content on health and wellness with an emphasis on developing practices and habits that support your own health journey. We are all on different paths and find various ways that support our well-being. I will write about my own journey and provide resources that will help you find your path.
